Geely, 100% owner of Volvo Cars and 49% of Proton, will use new Volvo platforms for Proton cars.
Geely will also use Volvo tech and global footprint to assist Proton become a worldwide brand. Proton used to operate in Mzansi but has since pulled out. [new Proton X70 pictured]
