MITSUBISHI CONFIRMS ELECTRIC BAKKIE
Whilst its alliance partners Nissan and Renault are moving faster in the electrification game, Mitsubishi has largely stayed in its ICE (internal combustion engine) lane. However, Mitsubishi has now confirmed a brand new all-electric double cab bakkie that will appear by the year 2025.
No details as to powertrain and platform were given, but it should be available in places like Australia and Europe ahead of Mzansi. There are other products slated for arrival by that year, including:
- Two-row electric SUV
- XPander Hybrid
